Overview
An iPhone app where anyone can enter a police officer’s badge number, leave a 0–5 star rating with an optional comment, and see the aggregate rating, histogram, and recent comments for that badge. A serverless AWS backend stores ratings per department, screens comments for personal information and toxicity, supports reporting abusive comments, and exposes a per-department leaderboard. Piloted with the Cincinnati Police Department, with a registry of Ohio’s 949 law-enforcement agencies.
