Overview
A mortgage-underwriting pipeline that ingests tax documents (born-digital PDFs, scans, and photos), detects the form type and tax year, extracts the underwriting-relevant fields with page-and-bounding-box provenance, and computes a borrower’s debt-to-income ratio from a two-year income average and the monthly debts on their credit report. Available as a web UI, an HTTP API, and a CLI.
